Classic Pilates – find the way to true inner strength

I run two group classes at Manor Drive Church, on the corner of Manor Drive and York Way in Whetstone, N12.

Days and Times:

Mondays 9:30am – 10.30am,
Fridays 9:30am – 10.30am,
The classes usually follow school term times, and are run in 6 or 7 week ‘terms’ payable in advance. You are welcome to try one class before committing for the term, at the cost of a single class (see prices)
